When Will I Get My Data?

The Minnesota Attorney General's Office (AGO) will respond as promptly as possible and in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act ("MGDPA"). For requests for data on an individual made by the individual data subject, the AGO will respond within ten business days when immediate compliance is not possible. The AGO will respond to other requests in an appropriate and prompt manner.
